Cheese Dip

2 8 oz cream cheese
1 16 oz sour cream
½ cup mayo (I used Mircle Whip)
1 bunch geen onion chopped
¾ lb bacon –fried and crumbled (I used whole pound)
¾ lb shredded cheese (I used combination of chedder and jack cheese)
¼ lb shredded cheese for topping

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth. Mix in onion, bacon, and ¾ lb shredded cheese. Spread in cassarole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes (I baked mine about 30-until center is poofy) at 325 degrees. Serve with Frito Scoops.
